Berry Overnight Oats

Perfect time for some cold, easy healthy breakfast.
After nice energized smoothie, if you feel hungry before your lunch, overnight oats are great treat to keep you full for couple hours..
Overnight is telling that all you need is 5 min to prepare before you go to sleep and let cool in fridge overnight. Tomorrow when you up your breakfast is ready.
Mix 1/2 cup of oats with 1-2 spoons of chia seeds in Jar, add Coconut milk or any other milk you prefer, shake well and leave in Fridge.
I don’t use any sweetener, cause in the morning I add coconut flakes, berries and that is enough for my sugar cravings. It’s totally up to you, you can add maple syrup, agave syrup, honey..
