Beet Arugula Salad is Vegan, Raw and Gluten Free.
Arugula is one of my favorite greens for salads, it gives a peppery kick to salad. Not everyone love it, because it may have bitter, strong taste especially if leaves are mature too much.
Arugula is so low in calories and rich in nutrients.

Buckwheat groats need to be soaked in water overnight, and rinsed well before cooking. Soaking helps break some inhibitors of enzymes and helps digestion.
