Mini Vegan Burgers
I had little party, So I wondering what can I make so everyone will love and at same time enjoy in healthy food.
I wanted to be homemade, not store bought (they contain lot of additives and artificial flavors).
As someone who like taste of buckwheat, I made mini burgers with buckwheat seeds which are soaked and cooked first.
Vegan, gluten free, crispy outside, little chewy inside.
Just the way I like it.
For buns, I have used my favorite multigrain muffins.
Muffins are vegan, yeast free, but they are not gluten free – they contain spelt flour, but people with gluten intolerance can substitute with some gluten free flour.

Really good fit for Mini Burgers was salad made of kale, cucumber slices and green onions, with dressing made of vegan mayo, apple cider and lemon juice.
Put Vegan mayo and cherry tomato slices on bottom of buns, then salad and then burger.
