When you take a look at benefits of dates it’s shame to not consume them very often.

Dates can be eaten raw when you have sugar cravings, or you can add them to granola, granola bars. They give chewy texture to cookie texture.

So let’s make something with them, something Yummy.

No bake orange date energy ballsĀ are gluten free, vegan, raw. You need 15 min to make them.

This “dessert” is great fulfilling, snack or treat can help with your sugar cravings and give you a energy, and they are totally guilt-free.

Instructions
  1. Soak dates 10 min in warm water
  2. Use blender or food processor to blend dates and add orange juice
  3. In big bowl add walnuts, sesame seeds, and make smooth batter. Then make balls of batter. If the batter is too sticky you can add some sesame seed or flaxseed meal to make it non-sticky
  4. I made 15 balls of this measurements, so feel free if you want smaller balls, it's up to you. Leave in fridge for an hour to cool
  5. After that, heat saucepan and then add chocolate and little or no coconut oil and make chocolate cream
  6. Coat each balls in chocolate cream, slowly and gentle put one by one on big plate and leave to rest and cool down. Store them in fridge before serving
  7. Enjoy in them and stay energized
