SS Quioa Bowl

I love to use dressing that gives zesty lemony taste to already little sweet combination with dry cranberries and walnuts. I put just little honey, but you can skip it if you think it’s too much. It can be sweet enough without honey.

Quinoa is a super plant.

If you are on plant-based diet, Quinoa is excellent source of protein, fiber and Iron.

It is very compatible with sour and sweet tastes.

 

Kale

  • Good source of fiber
  • Contains lot of water, improves our digestion and prevent constipation
  • Contains vitamin C, B and 0 g of fat
  • Very low on calories
  • Can be eaten raw or cooked

If you include quinoa and kale in any of your meals, you will have benefits of that combination.

Avocado gives you hearty-healthy monounsaturated fat, very rich in vitamins, proteins, Magnesium comparing to other fruits. Very good for salads, smoothies, to eat by itself, you can use it like a spread. It has neutral taste which helps with combination in recipes.

  2. Honey is optional, cause salad has already sweet flavor from cranberries
