I am someone used to have no control over the certain food.

Someone who had really bad sugar cravings. Especially when I was breastfeeding my first daughter.

Vegan Raw Nutella

 

We are all familiar with well known hazelnut spread Nutella. It’s really hard to resist to that beautiful taste and say no to another spoon of nutella.

When I started paying attention to what I eat, I start avoiding milk products, I said ok it must be some better, less addicting and much more healthier option of this spread.

I found a lot of recipes, but I made one that is easy to follow and satisfies my taste buds totally.

I made it and felt in love after first bite.

Vegan Nutella

After you have made nutella, just decide how you going to use it.

You can spread your nutella on crepes, toast, add to some cakes or just take a spoon and enjoy..

Vegan Nutella
Instructions
  1. Blend hazelnut in blender or food processor, until you get smooth hazelnut butter. It can take a while, patience please
  2. In saucepan heat chocolate and melt together with coconut milk
  3. Add melted chocolate to the blender, add sea salt and coconut sugar, and at the end add maple syrup
  4. You are done when you get smooth creamy texture
  5. Check the taste to see if it's enough sweet and creamy
